As an Associate, you will have a unique hands-on experience in business development, client work, and other projects. You will be challenged to develop your knowledge in our areas of expertise and our client’s business issues while building your skills in communications, problem solving, and consulting. Associates are responsible for providing advice and counsel to clients, including with respect to governance, regulatory requirements, and strategic decisions. Supports projects on a range of legal and operational issues, including compliance risk management, business strategy, consumer protection, and corporate governance. Drafts material to support client engagements, including interpretation and application of relevant laws and regulations. Participates in and leads aspects of client meetings. Participates in the interviews of financial executives, corporate directors, and regulators. Conducts strategic and financial quantitative analysis and research. Gathers, analyzes, and interprets data related to the scope of the project. Prepares presentations and participates in crafting other documents for the project team and client. Travel as required to client sites in the U.S. and internationally, ranging between 25%-75% depending upon the project.
Bachelor’s degree is required. Advanced degree is preferred, JD, MBA or equivalent. Minimum two years of related experience in a professional services environment or regulatory agency is preferred.
